| Steve and Leslie Barlow purchased the historic family homestead and horticultural business that became Barlow's in 1983. The second generation of family, Stephanie Barlow Peduto and Stephen Barlow III have joined the organization are now shareholders in the corporation. Stephen Barlow graduated Michigan State University with a BS in horticulture in 2000 and a MBA from Monmouth University. He is General Manager of Barlow’s. Stephanie graduated from Brookdale Community College in 2000 and is pursuing a degree from the Communiversity. She is currently an Associate Buyer, Retail Sales Manager and Customer Service Advocate. |

Debbie has been working at Barlow's for over 17 years. You can find her in the back office working on Barlow's finances. Debbie is also responsible for human resources. She enjoys Ranunculus as it welcomes spring and Hostas because of their easy winter clean up. |

Barb has been working at Barlow's for 5 years. She received her degree from Cook College, Rutgers University in Environment Planning & Design. Barb works in multiple departments to help customers design their pots & gift baskets. Barb’s favorite plant is the rose. |

George has been employed with Barlow's for two years. Customer Service is his Speciality! He is generally knowledgeable in many departments: Annuals, Perennials, Trees & Shrubs, Houseplants, and indoor flowering plants. George has 14 years experience in Nursery Retail and is happy to help you in any way he can. |

Jaime is responsible for receiving daily shipments of all merchandise and shipment of e-commerce orders. He is also responsible for assisting with the overall management and profitability of the company as well as other administrative tasks. Jaime's positive *living a dream* attitude makes his days run smoothly throughout Barlow's; Jaime is always happy to assist you by locating items or by finding the right associate to answer your needs. Although this is Jaime's first year at Barlow's he has 15 years of experience and is happy to help you in any way he can. |

Heather has worked at Barlow's for 11 years managing the trees, shrubs, herbs, and perennial departments as well as some hard goods inventory. She enjoys assisting customers in finding the right plant material for their landscape and helping with basic landscape design. Her favorite plant is the Hemerocallis “Jedi Free Spirit” (a pink ‘designer’ day lily). |

Scott is responsible for planting for customers who request it. He can also help with Plant care & upkeep (i.e. Fertilizing, Pruning, etc.) This is Scott’s first year at Barlow's. His favorite plant is Winterberry Holly. |

You can find Lauren around the Potting Bench where she can help you with container gardens. She can also assist you in creating a unique silk arrangement to suit any occasion. Lauren also assists in creating our beautiful Merchandise display areas. She has been with Barlow's for 9 years. Lauren's favorite plant is the Sunflower. |

You can usually find Bob outside in the Perennial section. He can help you with Perennials, Herbs, Houseplants, and Roses. If you have a mysterious plant problem Bob is the one who can help. He has received a Pest & Disease Management certificate from Rutgers. Bob has been with Barlow's for 6 years. His favorite plant is the Hydrangea. |

Kirsten is available by appointment for an on site consultation of your home landscape to help you design just the right plant combination for your yard or garden. Kirsten has been involved with Barlow's since high school. She graduated with a BS in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley College and has 20 years experience in horticulture and landscape design. |

You can find Margo around the Potting Bench, where she will help you create a beautiful container garden. She has worked at Barlow's for 11 years. Her many talents include: Silk design, Floral Design, Potting Bench Design, and Gift Basket Design. Margo has a great ability to work with colors to help our customers with all their container needs. She enjoys all flowers that greet us in Spring, but her favorite is Pansies. |
