Kirsten Soriano – Department Manager, Designer

Kirsten graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley College and has over 20 years experience in horticulture and landscape design. She received The Perennial Plant Association’s Landscape Design Award in 2008, 2009 and 2010, incorporating colors and textures through perennials into each of her landscapes. She has enjoyed working with many clients to design and beautify their properties for local garden tours and other important events at their homes and businesses. Kirsten maintains a NJ commercial pesticide license in ornamental plants and interior plantscaping, though utilizes the knowledge of insects and plant diseases to create environments that are safe for people and pets. You may see Kirsten teaching a variety of gardening classes at Barlow’s or for many local garden clubs.

Jaime Ragan – Head of Maintenance

Jaime is responsible for the care and maintenance of our client’s gardens which he performs with 15 years experience in the industry. His horticultural education includes studying forestry at Potomac State College in West Virginia and more recently Biology at Brookdale Community College. Jaime has a knack for inspiring our landscape crew to work in a pleasant and enthusiastic manner. He truly enjoys the art of creating and maintaining beautiful landscapes and gardens. In his words “I like to take one last look around the property before we leave a job and admire how beautiful the landscaping makes the home look” Jamie has his pesticide operator’s license in NJ and is available to all customers for horticultural questions and advice any time he is on the job.

Bobby Barham -Landscape Supervisor

Bobby works directly with our landscape designers and homeowners.  Growing up in Florida has given him the eye for color and outdoor spaces.  He has years of experience in landscaping though his passion is working with plant material. He recently completed an intensive landscape plant identification course at Rutgers University. Bobby is known by many customers for his outgoing personality and enthusiasm.  You will find him on jobs leading the landscape crew in plantings and installations.
