We will gladly accept returns for products that meet the following conditions:

Merchandise

• Merchandise must be returned with the receipt, in its original condition within 30 days of the original purchase. Products without a receipt or returned beyond this time period will not be accepted.
• We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
• Custom designed items are not returnable.
• Sale merchandise cannot be returned.
• Seasonal merchandise is returnable up to five days before the holiday.
• Store credit is not redeemable on clearance merchandise.

Plant Warranty *

• We guarantee any tree or shrub that you plant for 100% of the purchase price for 3 months, then 50% for the remaining 9 months. This means that you have 50% of the responsibility in planting and maintaining your tree or shrub.
• Perennials are guaranteed 100% for 90 days
• Annuals, hanging baskets, mums, bulbs, houseplants, seasonal plants, flowering gift baskets and containers are guaranteed for 15 days provided that they are properly cared for.
• Our landscaping department has a separate warranty policy.

* Typical maintenance for trees, shrubs, perennials and plants is watering, insect control, pruning, etc. All of these are subject to proper planting conditions. If NOT, the guarantee is void.

Store credit for will be given for any valid warranty claim. Original sales receipt must be present.
