Internet Orders Return and Refund Policy
All plants are guaranteed for their growing season provided they were properly cared for and not neglected. We cannot assume responsibility for plants that do not survive the winter.

Plants and flowering gifts may be returned within one week of purchase. **Buyer is responsible for the return delivery charges (i.e. Barlow’s picking up the returnable merchandise) **

Plants that are deemed to be uncared for are not returnable.

Merchandise can be returned within 30 days from time of purchase. **Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges**

Refunds will be given with store receipt. Store credit will be given without a store receipt.

Gourmet food items are not returnable. Sale items are not returnable. Holiday merchandise is not returnable after the holiday.
